Body of a Man Found Hanging in the Area of the Gaj Factory

A tragic incident occurred today in Yerevan. Around 09:00, the police department of Erebuni received a call reporting a man's body hanging at 74 Gajegerner Street, in the well-known Gaj Factory.

According to Shamshyan.com, police and investigators found that a 33-year-old resident of Shirak Province, S. Kh., committed suicide by hanging himself with a wire attached to a wall in the factory area. Preliminary information indicates that he was operating a workshop in the area on a rental basis, where pumice blocks were produced.

Materials are being prepared regarding the incident. Several expert examinations have been appointed, including a forensic examination of the body. According to a photojournalist's information, the caller to the police was Karen Ananayan, the deputy director of the "Gajegerner" LLC.
