It Turns Out This Will Be One of the City’s Most Expensive Neighborhoods, with Prices Starting from $3,500 to $4,000 per Square Meter
According to "Hraparak" daily, construction of the "Firdusi neighborhood" is underway these days in the area of the Firdusi market. Currently, earthworks are being carried out to dig the foundations of the buildings. The development is expected to be completed in 2024. It has been stated that there are already interested parties looking to purchase apartments and commercial spaces in the new neighborhood.
It turns out this will be one of the most expensive neighborhoods, where the price per square meter will start from $3,500 to $4,000, while office spaces will range from $10,000 to $12,000. What remains to be seen is whether unsightly and tasteless high-rises will be constructed in the heart of the capital or if a comfortable urban environment will be created instead.
