Armenian Armed Forces Conduct Exercises with Smerch Systems and 120mm Mortars
The Armenian Armed Forces conducted exercises at the "Baghramyan" training ground involving the Smerch multiple launch rocket systems and 120mm 2S12 "Kaputan" mortars.
According to "Armenpress," Colonel Ruben Gasparyan stated that the primary objective of the exercises is to assess the combat readiness level of artillery units, enhance combat capability, improve morale, strengthen physical endurance, and elevate commanders' skills in managing their units, as well as to perfect the coordination of unit actions.
“According to the exercise scenario, the participating units practiced offensive and defensive operations, as well as conducting training on encirclement themes, considering the experience from the 44-day war,” said Gasparyan.
