We Expect Kyiv to Accept the Demands Presented to It: Peskov
Russia expects Ukraine to accept its presented demands and recognize the reality, stated Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov during a conversation with journalists.
“Moscow expects Kyiv to accept the presented demands and acknowledge the de facto situation—the situation that actually exists,” Peskov said.
Earlier, the Ukrainian presidential office announced that certain proposals regarding territorial concessions directed at Ukraine were a "stab in the back." In response to this assessment, Peskov clarified: "These are not demands for territorial concessions. Kyiv must understand the situation and assess it soberly."
