U.S. Ambassador: Committed to Helping the Armenian People Build the Future Chosen in 2018 and Reaffirmed in 2021
The United States highly values the cooperation based on common democratic values with Armenia and continues to anticipate positive progress in Armenian-American relations.
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the United States, the U.S. Ambassador to Armenia, Ms. Lynne M. Tracy, gave an exclusive interview to the state news agency "Armenpress," discussing her diplomatic mission in Armenia, past and present experiences, personal impressions of the country, key issues related to the entire agenda of Armenian-American relations, as well as regional and international developments.
Ambassador Tracy elaborated on the dynamics of the Armenia-U.S. relationship over the past 30 years, their prospects, and provided important information about the current developments in bilateral relations.
According to Ambassador Tracy, the United States is committed to supporting Armenia's democratic and economic reform agenda and to being a partner in achieving these goals. She stated, "We are committed to helping the Armenian people build a future based on common democratic values and the path that the Armenian people chose in 2018 and reaffirmed once again during the parliamentary elections in 2021."
