Azerbaijani Armed Forces Fully Returned to Positions Near Seysulan Settlement
As previously reported, on April 15, Azerbaijani armed forces violated the neutral zone in the interposition area along the contact line near the Seysulan settlement in the Martakert region. Specifically, the adversary advanced personnel in an attempt to improve its positions within the neutral zone.
This information was provided by the Artsakh information headquarters. Later that evening, following negotiations conducted by the Russian peacekeeping contingent stationed in Artsakh, the Azerbaijani forces agreed to return to their original positions.
As of now, the Azerbaijani side has fully returned to the positions it occupied prior to the aforementioned incident. The operational-tactical situation in other areas along the contact line remains calm.
