Russian media outlets have reported that the body of renowned lawyer Victoria Popova from Yekaterinburg was discovered on April 7 in a rented apartment in Yerevan. According to rusarminfo.ru, this information was initially shared by Комсомольская Правда.

Reports indicate that the body of the Russian woman was found in the closet of one of the apartments. It is noted that on April 7, Popova's friend, Elena Jerbinova, became concerned when she lost contact with her. She went to Jerbinova's apartment, saying, “I realized that the phone was ringing behind the door. I called the emergency responders and the police. After opening the door, they discovered her body.”
