Borrell's Statements Change the Rules of the Game: Lavrov
The statements made by the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, significantly change the rules of the game regarding Ukraine. This was announced today by the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov, as reported by REGNUM.
According to Lavrov, Borrell's statement is quite unusual. As previously reported, Borrell has stated twice that the conflict in Ukraine should be resolved through military means, not through diplomatic channels. Following that, he called on EU countries to urgently supply weapons to Kyiv.
