VIDEO: Police Car Creates Emergency Situation, Driver Alerts Authorities

A Facebook user Гёр Элчян / Գոռ Էլչյանը has posted a video on his page, showcasing footage captured from his own vehicle, where he documents the violation by a police car.

He urges the Police of the Republic of Armenia, the National Security Service, and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to dismiss the police officer in the Toyota Camry, who endangered his and his passenger's lives with dangerous driving behavior by encroaching in front of his vehicle.

If it were someone else in my place, they would have turned sharply to the right and flipped the car, and that would have been your collective responsibility. Furthermore, could someone explain why one person is shouting for me to stop while another is coming from behind saying it’s not allowed to stop here?

I expect a written response from you regarding this issue; consider this post as a complaint regarding the threat posed to my and my passenger's lives, requesting the dismissal of the employee involved.
