Some vandals have defaced the graffiti depicting Leonid Azgaldyan on the wall of a building located at 10 Tumanyan Street, inscribing it with the words "Artsakh is Armenia and that's it." This was reported by human rights defender Ruben Melikyan on his Facebook page.
