Vladimir Zelensky Appeals to Western Countries

The President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, has appealed to Western nations to strengthen their support. He once again requested that his country be provided with aircraft, tanks, and anti-ship weapons.

“The price of security for Ukraine and Europe is very specific—it is aircraft, it is tanks for our state, anti-missile defense, and anti-ship weaponry,” said Zelensky in a video address. “This is what our partners have, this is what has gathered dust. All of this is not only for the freedom of Ukraine but also for the freedom of Europe,” he noted. “Only 1 percent of NATO’s aircraft and 1 percent of NATO’s tanks are available. We are expecting 31 days,” the president stated.
