The Information Headquarters of Artsakh informs: “Dear compatriots, we announce that negotiations with the Azerbaijani side are ongoing regarding the restoration of gas supply, with the assistance of the Russian peacekeeping forces. The Government of Artsakh is committed to resolving this critically important humanitarian issue as soon as possible and assures that all possible measures are being taken, including in the diplomatic arena, which, naturally, are not subject to public disclosure.
We inform you that the authority to work with the Russian peacekeeping forces and conduct negotiations with the Azerbaijani side has been entrusted to Vitaly Balasanyan, the Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, by decree of the President of Artsakh, for the purpose of resolving the issues raised by the Azerbaijani side.
At the same time, we urge public and political figures to maintain restraint and avoid manipulative actions and statements.”
