Kyiv has been told for years that NATO's doors are open, says Volodymyr Zelensky
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking at the Munich Security Conference, stated that Kyiv has been discussing the open-door policy of NATO for years, but in reality, it shows that "external forces do not allow entry."
"Does Ukraine not deserve honest and direct answers? This also pertains to NATO. We are told that the doors are open, but so far no outsiders are allowed in. If not all members of the alliance want to see us, or if all members do not want to see us, tell us frankly. Open doors are great, but we need open answers, not closed questions for years," Zelensky said during his speech in Munich.
