«Artsakh will always be ours»: Kocharian
Former Armenian President Robert Kocharian has sent a message, in which he stated:
“34 years ago, on this day, a process began that promised a difficult yet bright future for Artsakh and the entire Armenian people. A process that led to the revival of Artsakh. The entire Armenian nation participated in this movement. Armenia, Artsakh, and the Diaspora came together after glorious victories to contribute to the strengthening and prosperity of the Republic of Artsakh. However, today I congratulate you on the occasion of the day of Artsakh's revival with heavy feelings. We must find our strength, determination, and unity again to overcome despair and the consequences of defeat. Artsakh will always be ours.”
