Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko have started negotiations in Moscow.

“We are in regular contact with you, but this is our first meeting this year; we have things to discuss and compare,” said the Russian president. He noted that the past year was quite productive in terms of bilateral cooperation.

Putin also added that the countries have made serious progress in the construction of the Union State.

The Russian leader's little humor did not go unnoticed by the media. Putin was waiting for Lukashenko, and when he entered, he jokingly said, “You handed over the PCR test.”
