Video: Azerbaijani Migrants Assault 20-Year-Old Girl and Her Mother in Yekaterinburg

Azerbaijani migrants have assaulted a 20-year-old girl and her mother in Yekaterinburg. This has been reported by Russian media.

The incident occurred on the evening of February 11 on Pechotintsev Street. It all started with an argument that escalated on the bus, where five individuals attacked the girl and slapped her. The girl called her mother and asked her to pick her up at the bus stop.

At the bus stop, the young men attacked the women and assaulted them. It is noted that the mother broke her leg and requires surgery. Only one of the five assailants has been arrested, and a criminal case has been opened against him under Article 112 of the Russian Criminal Code (causing medium severity harm to health). The investigation into the criminal case continues.

According to sources, the assailant is an Azerbaijani male who is in Russia on a student visa. He claimed that he had an argument with the girl on the bus, and when her mother started filming him on her phone at the bus stop, he attacked her for that reason.
