Morgenstern Laughs at Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Employees

The rapper Morgenstern has laughed at the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who initiated an administrative case against him for alleged drug propaganda. The rapper spoke about the situation in a story on his Instagram page.

“A whole council of botanists—scientists who study plants—gathered to examine my tattoo and conclude that it depicts cannabis. This tattoo has a five-year history; does that mean I have been trafficking drugs across all borders for five years?” he said.

Morgenstern expressed his gratitude to those who filed the case, as it has boosted his mood. The rapper also joked that if he got a gun-shaped tattoo, he would be accused of illegal arms trafficking.
