Ukraine's flag was defiled in the Slovak Parliament. This has been reported by Ukrainian media. The incident occurred during discussions surrounding the approval of a defense agreement with the United States.
Two lawmakers from the far-right, pro-Russian "Our Slovakia" party unfurled the Slovak flag near the parliament podium. At the same time, representatives from the ruling party also came to the podium and displayed the Ukrainian flag. In response, MP Medvedkin took a bottle of water and poured it over the Ukrainian flag.
