Video: Defense Minister Visits Southern Military Units

On February 7, Armenia's Defense Minister Suren Papikyan made a working visit to several military units located in the southern direction of the republic. According to the Ministry of Defense, Suren Papikyan monitored the organization of service and tactical-special training measures, as well as the progress of construction works taking place in the military units.

The head of the defense department paid special attention to the socio-living conditions of the military units, as well as the issues related to the organization of food for servicemen.

On the same day, the minister also visited the Zangezur garrison hospital. Suren Papikyan was briefed on the level of provision with necessary medications and the availability of modern medical equipment. The Defense Minister spoke with servicemen recovering in the hospital, wishing them good health and a speedy recovery.
