Competition Heats Up Among Armenian and Foreign Specialists to Build Christ Statue

The applications for the megaproject to construct a statue of Jesus Christ are in an active phase. There is fierce competition among specialists from Armenia and abroad. Concurrently, proposals are also being presented for the design of a tourism center as part of a memorial complex.

Gagik Tsarukyan is closely monitoring this divine initiative he initiated. Each proposal presented receives careful attention. He believes that the monument of the Savior will unite the faithful Armenian people.

Gagik Tsarukyan mentioned that he is aware of and follows the heated discussions. “As a Christian nation, we must have a statue of Christ. It should be one of the hallmarks of our country. We need to take a step towards uniting our people, showing them a path of light and hope. Without this, we will not be able to regain what we have lost. Faith is the strongest weapon in the world. In the statue of Christ, we should not only seek Christ, but find Christ in our souls and hearts,” Tsarukyan stated.
