VIDEO: 'I Am Not a Professional Protestor' – Activist Detained

The protest by drivers against the rise in vehicle insurance costs continues near the Central Bank. Traffic expert and lawyer Artak Khachaturov was detained for violating public order and posting a placard reading "Insurance Prices Will Not Rise" in public areas.

Earlier, a journalist posed a question to the participants of the protest, asking why they did not hold their demonstration in front of the Government Building. In response, Khachaturov stated that he is not a professional protestor, and their issue is currently with the Central Bank.
