50-Year-Old Driver Rolls Into Gorge in Kia Sorento
Today, February 1, an accident occurred in the Kotayk region. Around 16:20, 50-year-old Artem Gevorgyan lost control of his Kia Sorento vehicle on the 29th kilometer of the Yerevan-Sevan highway, veering off the roadway, rolling into a gorge, and overturning.
According to shamshyan.com, an emergency response team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, consisting of one firefighting unit from the 44th rescue squad, quickly arrived at the scene. Before the firefighters could arrive, bystanders helped the driver out of the vehicle; however, he refused to be taken to the hospital, stating that he was uninjured.
