I Have Come to Announce Again: Artsakh Will Never Be Part of Azerbaijan, Serzh Sargsyan

“My observations show that there is a sense of disappointment among certain political forces in Armenia and among many thoughtful individuals. There is an atmosphere of despair. Their claims, and I mean both the current authorities and Azerbaijan, that the Nagorno-Karabakh issue is resolved, have somehow affected these people,” stated the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, during a press conference today.

The third President reaffirmed his statement and position that Artsakh will never be part of Azerbaijan. “I have come to announce again that Artsakh will never be part of Azerbaijan. And despite the devastating war, despite the capitulation, there are still opportunities,” said Serzh Sargsyan.
