Citizen Falls into Yerevan Lake
On January 15, at 11:12 AM, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that a citizen had fallen into the Yerevan Lake and was unable to get out on their own. Rescue assistance was needed to extract them.
A response team from the Yerevan Fire and Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. The rescuers retrieved the individual, identified as D.D. (born in 1986), from the lake, provided on-site medical assistance, and brought them to an ambulance. The citizen was hospitalized at the National Burns Center, where they received necessary treatment and were later discharged.
