Putin and Tokayev Reach Agreement
In the coming days, an online summit of the Collective Security Council of the CSTO will be held. This initiative was proposed by Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during a phone conversation with Vladimir Putin. The information was reported by the Kremlin's press service.
According to the announcement, the President of Kazakhstan suggested holding a meeting of CSTO leaders in a video conference format.
“Vladimir Putin has approved this proposal,” the statement said.
The two leaders have agreed to maintain constant communication.
