Boris Avagyan Arrested in St. Petersburg
Boris Avagyan, the former deputy director of the Artsakh Ministry of Emergency Situations, has been arrested in St. Petersburg. Avagyan was being sought by Russian law enforcement authorities in connection with smuggling charges, according to aysor.am.
It has been reported that he crossed the state border of the Russian Federation under unclear circumstances.
