Gunfire Heard Towards Armenia's Borders, Opposition Demands My Resignation: Simonian Posts
As important diplomatic processes unfold around Armenia, gunfire is being heard towards Armenia's borders. The country is at one of the most decisive moments in its history. Through the internal documents circulation system of the National Assembly, a draft has been sent to me by the opposition demanding the resignation of the National Assembly President.
This was stated by the President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, on his Facebook page.
“Your act signifies two things: Your political incompetence is at its peak, and as for me, up to this moment, I have done everything correctly,” Simonian wrote.
