Will the Russian Ambassador to Armenia Be Withdrawn? Zakharova Comments
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, has denied reports from Armenian media regarding the withdrawal of Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Koperkin.
“I hope that the newspaper will retract by tomorrow or the day after... Tomorrow or the day after, they should publish a denial because they have printed falsehoods. This is a lie; this is disinformation. The information does not correspond to reality. Our ambassador continues to work and fulfill the tasks set by the country's leadership,” Zakharova said during a press conference in response to relevant questions from journalists.
