Our goal is to sign a peace treaty: Pashinyan

This was stated today, November 17, by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a question-and-answer session with the government in the National Assembly, in response to a question from Lena Nazaryan, a deputy from the “Civil Contract” faction, about Azerbaijan's proposal to sign a peace agreement.
Azerbaijan's leadership has proposed to Armenia to sign a peace treaty, and Pashinyan addressed what Armenia's response is, saying, “We have also proposed to Azerbaijan to sign a peace treaty and have stated that the entire purpose of the OSCE Minsk Group negotiation process is to reach the stage of signing a peace treaty. Nazaryan cited the statement of Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Bayramov, which indicates that it is necessary to resolve the delimitation issue, create a relevant committee, and start the delimitation process to ease tensions at the border, and she asked for Pashinyan’s comment on this.
Pashinyan replied,
