According to Hraparak, it has been officially confirmed that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan replaced Defense Minister Arshak Karapetyan with Deputy Prime Minister Suren Papikyan. Sources reveal that Arshak Karapetyan submitted his resignation letter yesterday after receiving a retreat order from the political leadership in the Jermuk-Sisian border area.
Karapetyan did not want to carry out the order and presented his resignation letter.
