Salaries of the Chief Prosecutor and Deputies to Increase by 90-120%

In the near future, the salaries of certain officials in Armenia will increase, reaching 100-120% of their monthly salary.

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia has proposed such changes in the law on the remuneration of individuals holding state positions and public service positions. The draft has been published on the e-draft electronic platform.

It is noted that the adoption of the draft aims to ensure compliance with the requirements of Article 9, Part 3 of the law on the remuneration of individuals holding state positions and public service positions.

According to the draft, such salary increases are planned for the Chief Prosecutor of Armenia and his deputies. The authors have considered these positions to be
