Representative of the Armenian Community to Become Head of Turkey's Second Largest Administrative District
The representative of Turkey's Armenian community, attorney Berk Acar, has passed all examinations and obtained the right to become the head of an administrative district (kaymakam). This was reported by Ermenihaber.
