Onik Gasparyan and David Tonoyan Must Speak Publicly, Ghazinyan

During a conference titled "Lost Victory: Treason or Ignorance," Arthur Ghazinyan, a member of the "Armenia" faction, stated that a report of a crime has been submitted and that there is sufficient factual evidence for the prosecutor to make a decision today to involve Nikol Pashinyan as a defendant in the case and to arrest him.

"The prosecutor told me, 'Bring evidence, and I will arrest him.' I came to the commission to gather evidence. Where is the commission supposed to collect the evidence? It doesn't exist!" Ghazinyan continued.

In response to the moderator's question of whether he really believes that the Attorney General would find the courage to make such a decision even in the presence of sufficient evidence, Ghazinyan said: "If we hear Onik Gasparyan's and David Tonoyan's public statements, there will be no prosecutor who would refuse to carry out that action. They must speak..."
