Is the 'dopuska' Given to Ohanyan or Not? Authorities Are Discussing It at Length: 'Hraparak'
According to the newspaper 'Hraparak', "In August, MPs officially approached the security agencies to obtain a 'dopuska' to access materials containing state secrets. Some opposition members told us last week that for unknown reasons, they have not been provided with this 'dopuska', even though the 2022 budget proposal is already in Parliament, and they need such permission to familiarize themselves with the classified annex concerning defense.
While some opposition MPs received their permission two days ago, former Minister of Defense, General Seyran Ohanyan, is not among them. A person who has managed such information in an official capacity for years has now become questionable, and the relevant authorities are deliberating for a long time whether to grant him this 'dopuska' or not."
