‘Armenia Has No Intention of Conquering Territories’: Pashinyan
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan participated in the discussion of the 2022 budget proposal. He stated, “The 2022 budget is based on three priorities: reforming and improving the security system, developing infrastructure, and modernizing education and science. The defense budget for 2022 is 11 percent higher compared to the 2021 plan, amounting to over 345 billion drams. We will consistently move towards creating a professional army. The Republic of Armenia will develop its armed forces not for aggression, but for defending against aggression. Armenia has no intention of conquering territories,” he said.
