The Card Payment System Has Been Down for 2 Days: Babayan
Arsen Babayan, a member of the 'Homeland' party council, wrote on his Telegram channel: 'The government has decided that from next year, all transactions exceeding 300,000 dram can only be made through cashless methods. Since that announcement, the entire card payment system (ARKA) has been down for 2 days.'
It is worth noting that for 2 days now, there have been numerous reports that cardholders are unable to use their bank cards. ATMs are not functioning, and online transfers and payments cannot be processed.
