29-Year-Old Driver Crashes Samand into Gas Pipeline and Ends Up in Field
On September 12, an accident occurred in the Ararat region. Around 5:50 PM, 29-year-old Tornik Stepanyan, driving a Samand vehicle, veered off the roadway in the administrative area of Araksavan village at the 23 km mark on the Yerevan-Yeraskh highway. Under still unknown circumstances, he collided with a gas pipeline and ended up in a field.
According to shamshyan.com, preliminary reports indicate that fortunately, there were no injuries. Investigative work at the scene was led by senior investigator Anushavan Saghoyan of the same department, who is preparing materials regarding the incident.
