Citizen Falls from Building Roof in Ashotsk and Gets Trapped Between Two Buildings

On September 7, at 10:06 AM, the Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center received a call reporting that a citizen had fallen from the roof of a building in the village of Ashotsk.

A firefighting and rescue team was dispatched from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations to the scene. It was determined that M. K. (born in 1952), a resident of one of the buildings on 3rd Street, had fallen from the roof of the 4th floor and became trapped between two buildings.

The rescuers successfully extracted M. K. from the entrapment and transported him on a stretcher to an ambulance. He was subsequently hospitalized at the “Tiramayr Narek” Medical Center in Ashotsk.
