Azerbaijani Soldier Jamil Babaev Exchanged for Two Armenian Captives Held in Azerbaijan
An Azerbaijani soldier, Jamil Babaev, detained in Artsakh, has been exchanged for two Armenian captives held in Azerbaijan. This was reported by Sputnik Azerbaijan.
It is noted that General Muradov has traveled to Baku to facilitate the return of the Armenian prisoners. They are already on the plane.
Recall that on August 25, Azerbaijani soldier Jamil Babaev entered a house in Martakert, where two teenage children were present, threatening them while demanding food and cigarettes.
On August 28, soldier Jamil Babaev was charged under part 1 of article 350, article 316, article 145 part 1, article 135 part 1, and part 2 of article 133, points 2, 3, 4, and 6 (illegal crossing of the border, threats of murder against minors, and clear signs of espionage).
As a measure of restraint, detention was chosen against him.
