Government Meeting Underway: 3 Issues to be Reported
The government led by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is holding its regular meeting today, August 27. The agenda includes 35 issues, of which 32 will not be reported.
Among the agenda items are the following:
- The procedure and amounts for providing financial compensation in case of inability to provide residential accommodation for the employee of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Republic of Armenia;
- Reallocations and amendments to the Law on the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2021;
- Amendments to the decision No. 2215-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated December 30, 2020, and allocation of funds to the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia;
- Amendments to the decision No. 2215-N related to providing an intergovernmental loan to the Government of the Republic of Artsakh;
- Allocation of funds to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia;
- Reallocations in the Law on the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2021;
- Amendments and supplements to the decision No. 2215-N regarding the allocation of funds to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia;
- Approval of transactions related to the pledge of 100% shares of the “Armenian Electric Networks” Closed Joint-Stock Company, among other issues.
