Ararat Mirzoyan Appointed as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia
President Armen Sarkissian has today signed a decree appointing a new Minister of Foreign Affairs. The decree states: “Based on the Prime Minister’s proposal and in accordance with Article 150 of the Constitution, Ararat Mirzoyan is appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs.”
