«This is no longer Azerbaijan's handiwork» - Former Deputy Minister of Defense
Member of the 'I Have Honor' alliance, former Deputy Minister of Defense Artak Zakaryan commented:
“Yeraskh is the gate to Yerevan. Be vigilant, and do not think that after the disgraceful war and defeat in Artsakh, they are shooting at the gates leading to Yerevan for no reason. This is no longer Azerbaijan’s handiwork, but Turkey's.
If the state chooses disgrace over war and humiliation, it will receive both war and disgrace. This was stated by Winston Churchill. By choosing Nikol, we have chosen disgrace, and therefore also the potential for war.
Recently, during a meeting in Yerevan with Charles Michel, Nikol spoke about the likelihood of new military clashes. We have been talking about this since December 2020 up to the present. But what’s the point? The listeners are deaf, and the viewers are blind.
We are living through extremely difficult times. Stop the political repressions against the opposition, put an end to the politically motivated shows. Be responsible towards the state and its citizens. Come together, unite, and finally come to your senses.”
