Newborn's Condition Stable, No Deterioration: Shushan Danielyan
The newborn's condition is stable, and oxygen dependency has decreased. This was reported by Shushan Danielyan, head of the staff at the Mkhitar Heratsi University Medical Center, on her Facebook page.
“As of now, the condition of the newborn, transferred on July 14 to the Muratsan University Hospital Complex's pediatric and neonatal intensive care unit, is assessed as stable by the head of the unit, Hrant Kalenteryan; there is no deterioration,” she conveyed.
Shushan Danielyan also informed that the child continues to be under the direct supervision of university specialists, and updates regarding any possible changes in the condition will be provided.
It is worth mentioning that yesterday, a resident of Yerevan reported to the Erebuni police department that a newborn had been discovered near the entrance of one of the buildings on Artsakh Street. The infant was transferred to the Muratsan University Hospital Complex due to infections and respiratory insufficiency resulting from being kept in non-hospital conditions.
