Emergency Incident in Yerevan: Newborn Girl Found at Building Entrance
According to SHAMSHYAN.com, an emergency incident occurred in Yerevan yesterday, July 13. At approximately 15:30, 28-year-old Lusik G. reported to the Erebuni Police Department that a newborn baby had been left near the entrance of an apartment in Building 15 on Artsakh Street.
Photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports that an operational group from the Erebuni Police Department was dispatched to the scene and discovered that the specified apartment belongs to 72-year-old Anahit A., where a 1-day-old baby girl was found at the entrance.
According to G. Shamshyan, the child has been transferred to the Muratsan Medical Center. A preliminary investigation is underway at the Erebuni Police Department regarding the incident. The police are taking necessary operational and investigative measures to identify the child's parents.
