Lori Governor Responds to Assault Allegations Against Odzun Community Leader
“Who says that I assaulted anyone?” stated Lori Governor Aram Khachatryan during a press briefing at the government, responding to questions about why he allegedly assaulted Odzun community leader Arsen Titanian.
When asked about the community leader's confirmation of the incident, Khachatryan replied, “If he has confirmed it, is that a thing?” He firmly stated, “This did not happen; such an event did not occur.”
In response to the inquiry of why the Odzun community leader reported to the police, the Lori governor stated, “He has applied; let the police deal with it.”
It is worth noting that the “Hayastan” alliance issued a statement claiming that community leaders are being urged to resign voluntarily under threats across all communities, and a similar demand was placed before Odzun community leader Arsen Titanian. When he refused to comply with the governor’s demands, he was allegedly assaulted right at the governor's office.
