What Happens If They Refuse Mandates? Journalists Question Mukuchyan
“What happens if the ‘Armenia’ alliance and the ‘Honorary Title’ alliance decide to refuse their mandates?” journalists asked the president of the Central Electoral Commission, Tigran Mukuchyan.
“The institute of rejecting mandates is, in essence, more political in nature. The CEC will distribute the mandates based on preliminary data. This means that only the parties that participated in the distribution of mandates will receive their mandates and will act in parliament as deputies,” Mukuchyan stated.
