Video: 'Put the 3rd number in the envelope' - Open voting at precinct 2/7

At precinct 2/7 located in kindergarten No. 109 in the 4th mass of the Nor Norq administrative district in Yerevan, one voter hinted to another whom to vote for. In adjacent voting booths, a woman, addressing the man voting right next to her, suggested, 'Put the 3rd number in the envelope.' This was reported by Hetq.am.

Although a member of the precinct electoral commission admonished them not to interfere with each other's voting, the man took out the ballot with the 3rd number, visibly placed it in the envelope, and then cast his vote.

The 3rd number is associated with the ruling 'Civil Contract' party participating in the early parliamentary elections. More details can be found in the video.
