During the campaign in Ararat, Nikol Pashinyan stated that the citizens of Armenia have the opportunity to respond to the organizers of October 27 through the upcoming elections. He noted that the preliminary investigation into the October 27 case was reopened in February of last year based on a request from the victim's legal successor, Anahit Bakhsheyan, but the investigation was delayed due to the coronavirus and the war.

“By voting, you can place a special obligation and responsibility on our judicial bodies, so that these cases are thoroughly investigated and all possible measures are taken to uncover them,” said Pashinyan.

Pashinyan urged citizens to vote in favor of his party to establish a dictatorship of law and justice in Armenia. He again showcased the hammer he received during the campaign and declared, “With a steel mandate, we will remove all the rusty nails sitting in various positions, and wherever necessary, we will hammer them, and wherever necessary, we will smash them.”
