Kocharian Meets with High-Ranking Officials and Officers from Police, Ministry of Defense, and National Security Service

Former Armenian President Robert Kocharian met today, on June 3, with high-ranking officials and officers from various years of the Police, Ministry of Defense, and National Security Service.

This information was reported on the Facebook page of the 'Armenia' alliance. 'I must honestly say I was pleased that such a meeting is to take place. This means that the security forces are concerned about the country’s security,' said Robert Kocharian.

According to him, security personnel today must be aware that their core responsibilities have been diverted. 'It is undoubtedly a difficult situation for the Police when a large number of police officers are forced to ensure the security of just one person,' Kocharian added.

The President also welcomed the police officers who, respecting their service, have left the system during this period.
