If Armenia Recognizes Artsakh as Part of Azerbaijan, Unpredictable and Dangerous Developments Will Occur, Davit Babayan

The Armenian authorities must clearly state their position regarding Artsakh. I hope there will be no steps towards delegitimization. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh Davit Babayan during an interview on 24TV’s "Interview" program, addressing discussions on the delimitation efforts between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

According to the head of Artsakh’s foreign affairs department, Azerbaijan will do everything possible to link the demarcation of borders with the status of Artsakh. He noted that if it turns out that Armenia recognizes Azerbaijan's territorial integrity including Artsakh, it will open a new chapter in the conflict resolution process and could lead to more unpredictable and dangerous developments.
